Tea and Chat
Pop along for a chat or join in with some knitting or crochet. We can show you how to get started, or bring along your own project.

Time Bank Choir
This is a great session for everyone who enjoys singing, no matter if you've been a choir member before or if this is your first time. We sing songs ranging from Adele to Bob Marley, with folk and Christmas Carols thrown in. No experience is needed!

Friday Art
No experience is needed! Come along for two hours of creativity and enjoy art in a small group where you can receive peer support.
